Senior vice president, marketing, Andy Craddock is responsible for expanding Pegasus Solutions and Utell® Hotels & Resorts global marketing strategies and programs across the entire range of the company's products and services. Craddock has more than 25 years of marketing experience, with over 20 years in the hotel industry, driving marketing strategies in senior roles both inside and outside the hospitality industry.

Craddock joined Pegasus in 2000 after serving in various marketing leadership positions with STC plc, Nestle, Embassy Hotels, Jarvis Hotels and Best Western. He has FMCG brand marketing and sales expertise and has led and executed hotel corporate and unit level brand re-launch strategies and marketing programs, the creation and development of global and regional marketing partnerships, Web marketing strategies, global event programs, as well as corporate and unit level public relations.

A Business Leader and Executive Member of The Marketing Society, Craddock speaks French and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in European Management Science from the University of Wales. He is based in the Pegasus Solutions European Middle East and Asia regional offices in Kew, London. He is a Finalist in the NatWest Cricket OSCAs 2011, recognizing his coaching skills and contributions in Middlesex, UK.
