Monica French

Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Account Management

Monica French brings a thorough understanding of hotel and hospitality sales operations to her role as senior vice president of global revenue generation management for Pegasus Solutions. Her career started at a hotel front desk and since then has included an extensive range of sales assignments worldwide.

French leads Pegasus’ global revenue generation management team, which is responsible for worldwide account management and service delivery across all of Pegasus’ service lines, including reservations technology, distribution, hotel representation and financial services. Most recently, she led sales and account management for Pegasus’ financial services business unit, where she established the company’s commission processing services as the global market leader for both hotels and travel agents.

Joining Pegasus in 1998, French has also served in strategic account management and solution center roles for the company. She has been pivotal in forging partnerships with NetTrans, Pegasus’ largest Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) customer, and Travelport.

French studied political science at Texas A&M University, and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She also holds a certificate from the Conrad Hilton School of Hotel Management, and has completed coursework in sales management at Southern Methodist University. French is based in Pegasus’ Dallas office.
